Payment
Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. If you are having any issues with Payment, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will assist you in any way that I can.
**Note: Any custom fees & duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Please be aware of the rules & regulations of your home country.

Shipping
Order times is 1 to 3 days, unless it is a custom order. Custom orders take 1 to 2 weeks unless otherwise stated upon custom order request. Process of shipping starts at the time of payment and are shipped to the address specified during checkout.
If your order is a gift going directly to the recipient, I can include a personal message card from you for no extra charge. If you would like this service, please let me know what you would like me to write (to fit on a postcard) in the "Note to Dolly’s Print Shop” during checkout.
Items are shipped in a poly protected back; some items are placed inside of a poly protected box inside of the shipping poly bag.
Postage rates are beyond our control and if you have any questions about the shipping cost of your order, please contact us. I am happy to weigh out the items for you to provide the most accurate estimate possible.
Shipping Provider: USPS and rates are calculated at checkout

• Shipping within the United States normally takes 1-4 working days.
Follow your order using the tracking number provided to you after your items have been shipped. If you do not receive your order in a reasonable amount of time, please contact the shipping carrier for delivery status, if you have any further issues reach out to dolly's print shop for assistance
